About us

One Sky Solutions (OSS) provides a comprehensive consumer complaints management service, which increases efficiency, reduces costs for our clients, and improves customer loyalty. We manage the entire claims handling process for our clients through our proprietary claims management software, the OSS Platform. We help our clients to review their internal structures and workflows to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.  The OSS Platform enables our clients to send all of their consumer claims to one point of contact, and these claims are then managed through our multilingual Call Centre (for pre-court claims), or our network of specialist of law firms covering Europe (OSS Member Firms) for litigation and court settlements.  Having all consumer claims on one platform increases transparency and improves oversight.  It also assists our clients in identifying the reasons for claims and helps reduce future claims volumes.
