OSS has partnered with leading law firms in aviation and consumer claims, particularly in the areas of EU261 and Montreal Convention passenger related claims. All of our Member Firms have access to the OSS Platform and can therefore directly collaborate with the client while benefitting from any history of claims that started in the Call Center. The Member Firms are also able to share case law and best OSS practices among them through the Platform, which increases the chances of a successful outcome for the client.
