Matteo is Co-Founder of One Sky Solutions and Of Counsel, leading Italian aviation legal practice at Watson Farley & Williams. He specialises in Aviation Law and regularly assists major commercial Airlines in regulatory and competition matters. His experience includes handling cross border commercial litigation as well as negotiating labour bargaining agreements.

Co-Founder and General Manager of One Sky Solutions and CEO of EOlegal Starl, Mirko began his career as an accountant before deciding to move to a managerial role, firstly as Chief Administrative Officer at a leading training institution and later, as Director in a company dealing in workfare policy development, where he set up best practices for cooperation between Private and Public sectors.

Co-Founder of One Sky Solutions and EOlegal Starl, Simone began his career as a programmer but soon became IT Manager and Business Consultant for the biggest Cooperative Society for Art and Entertainment in Italy. Since 2018, Simone has been the CTO of OSS and EOlegal Starl, supervising Palm, the OSS Platform, and maintaining and improving all technological issues within both companies.

Alessia is a qualified Italian lawyer who, after several years working in private practise in the aviation litigation and finance sector, decided to move in-house by joining the legal team at EasyJet, where she became totally involved in managing the EU Consumer Claims Division. She has been a key member of One Sky Solutions since 2019 in the role of Operating Manager, overseeing OSS’ ongoing operations and procedures. Alessia recently became a company shareholder.

Stefano is a qualified lawyer practising in the litigation area, especially with customers claims matters. After years of private practise, assisting leading foreign air carriers and tourism clients he developed knowledge in this field of law and at the same time an excellent ability to relate with clients, which put him now in a key role in One Sky Solutions’ business development, especially focused in the Italian Market and other business
